Support across the whole life of a tender
From market consultation and the technical specification through to bid submission and contract signature. I work on both the authority's side and the bidder's side, but never in the same tender.

How it works
- 01
Free online meeting
Thirty minutes. We map the situation, the deadlines and whether I'm the right person to help at all.
- 02
Review and plan
I go through the material and write down the main risks, the opportunities and a concrete plan with timings.
- 03
The work
I draft or review the documents, stay available for questions as they come up and join meetings where that helps.
- 04
The result
The tender is published or the bid is submitted, and you know why every substantive decision was made the way it was.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work for authorities and bidders both?
Yes, but never in the same tender. I check for any conflict of interest before starting, and I'll tell you straight if I can't take the work.
Do you give legal advice as well?
My work is substantive and strategic. For more complex legal questions I bring an experienced procurement lawyer into the project, so you don't have to go and find a second partner.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the calendar. Get in touch and say the deadline up front; for urgent tenders I can often at least do a review at short notice.
Is training on site or online?
Both. I always tailor commissioned training to the tenders and the everyday challenges of the particular organisation.
How do you price your work?
Smaller reviews on an hourly basis; larger work as a project with an agreed scope and deadline. I always give you the price before the work starts.
Procurement trouble? Let's talk before it gets expensive.
We'll go through where you are, what the deadlines are and what makes sense to do next. The call is free and commits you to nothing.
